Even in a pre-covid environment, employees greatly benefit from talking with an external/confidential coach. Now that we are still living with covid, combined with unprecedented labor shortages and retention issues, consistent one-on-one real-time coaching with an outside expert has become even more valuable. Our coaching is confidential and customized and provides the member with tailored strategies and tools to help them realize their goals and excel in and outside of the workplace. It has been consistently demonstrated that one-on-one professional development coaching increases employee wellbeing, clarity, engagement, productivity, retention, and, subsequently, the bottom line.
Although the areas of focus are driven by the staff member’s individual needs, areas of focus often include strategic planning, implementing change, self-leadership, leadership, effective communication, emotional intelligence, stress management, managing up, performance management, transformative coaching, career pathing, project management, attention/time management, Lean and process improvement, team building, engaging remote teams, conflict management, cultural competency, increasing personal impact at work, in the community, and at home. We also co-develop programs with management and HR, whether for one or multiple individuals or a specific project team.
